Behavior Analyst ( ABA bilingual spanish/english)

Creed Medical is seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Analyst (ABA) who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will assess behaviors, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral changes and improve clients' quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and supervise behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on data.
• Facilitate bilingual communication to effectively serve Spanish-speaking clients and families.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
• Experience implementing ABA interventions with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
