About the Opportunity
Gervino Group is partnering with a progressive behavioral health organization seeking a compassionate and creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers the opportunity to work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments to determine appropriate interventions
Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Oversee and support the implementation of behavior programs by clinical staff
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
Facilitate parent training sessions to ensure consistency between home and clinical settings
Develop treatment goals and maintain accurate, compliant documentation for insurance and clinical review
Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals involved in client care
Stay current with ABA research, methodologies, and best practices
Perform additional duties aligned with BCBA standards and behavioral health practices

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Licensure & Certification

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Licensed/eligible to practice in the state of Michigan
