The ideal candidates will assist educational teams with implementing positive behavior strategies and individualized interventions that promote student participation, safety, and success.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of positive behavior supports and data collection practices
• RBT certification preferred but not required unless specified by the assignment
• School-based experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior support strategies under the direction of a BCBA, teacher, or designated supervisor.
• Provide individualized or small-group support to students with behavioral needs.
• Collect and document data regarding student behavior, interventions, and progress.
• Reinforce appropriate communication, social, academic, and functional skills.
• Support classroom routines, transitions, and student participation in educational activities.
• Use approved de-escalation, redirection, and crisis-prevention techniques.
• Communicate relevant observations to supervising professionals and educational teams.
• Maintain student confidentiality and accurate service records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
