Position: Behavioral Aides

Location: Duluth, MN

Terms: 1-year

Salary: $11 - $12/hour

• Schedule: PT 4 days & 4 days off continuously rotates

• Monday - Fridays 4:00PM or 4:30PM – 9:30PM or 10:30PM

• Saturday/Sunday(double shifts) start and end 8:00am or 9:00am – 9:30PM or 10:30PM

Requirement:

• Minimum 18 years of age with and HS diploma

• Clean driving & background record

• No experience needed

• Wage increases with experience and other educational degrees.
  

Job Summary:

• Provide a safe environment both inside and outside the facility.


• Assist with ILS, daily routines, and therapeutic strategies.


• Transport clients and participate with community outings.


• Complete incident reporting and daily documentation.


• Cleaning & De-escalate emotional and physical behaviors
