What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior plans utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

  
  


• 
  

  Provide training to staff and caregivers

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor the implementation of behavior plans, evaluate effectiveness, and make revisions as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

  
  


• 
  

  Empower individuals with disabilities to live fuller, more independent lives

  
  

What You Bring

• 
  

  Active BCBA, LCPC, LCSW-C, or Registered Psychology Associate — REQUIRED

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year writing behavior support plans

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and collaboration skills

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background checks

  
  


• 
  

  Physical ability to meet role requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to attend an initial Orientation (M-F, 8:30AM - 5:00PM)
