Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)–Adolescent Mental Health Clinic (Full-Time)

Your Role

• Serve as a positive role model and support adolescents in treatment.
• Assist with daily programming, including therapy sessions, structured activities, and activity transitions.
• Monitor client safety, manage behavioral challenges, and use de-escalation techniques.
• Document participation, behaviors, and progress in the EMR.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $16 – $20, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Location: On-site, Jacksonville, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday- Friday 8:30 am -5:30 pm

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with adolescents in behavioral/mental health (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and crisis-management skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
