Behavioral Health Therapist

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) and oversee patients in Des Moines, IA! Located within the organization's Wellness Center, this role will see a variety of patient populations from children to older adults.

Position Highlights:

• Work/Life Balance: flexible schedule of Monday - Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm with no weekends or call
• Full-Time Role: 40 hours/week seeing on average 6 patients per day

• Graduation from accredited master’s social work, counseling, marriage/family therapy and/or behavioral health education program.
• Licensed as behavioral health professional to practice independently in Iowa (LISW, LMFT, or LMHC)
• BLS, ACLS or ATLS certification required.
• 1-2 years of behavioral health experience preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus
