Bell Attendant/Front Desk Agent

As a Bell Attendant at Arlo Chicago, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable and seamless experience. Your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for their stay as you assist with luggage, provide directions, and accommodate special requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure


• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage


• Provide information about the hotel amenities and local area


• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs efficiently


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby area


• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and courteously

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Ability to lift and carry luggage safely


• Professional appearance and attitude


• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic


• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred


• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
