Team Leaders and other managers receive a 5-20% override on their teams productions. We have several high-quality lead sources to make sales even easier through group or individual insurance. Each agent is truly independent. They set their own hours and days off. They are responsible for helping their clients both before and after a sale is made. They own their own book of business which provides for a true retirement option.
