Benefits Administration
● Participate in the design, implementation and administration of Company benefit programs
● Guide employees, managers, and other stakeholders on benefit eligibility, plan provisions,
regulatory compliance, etc., escalating complex issues as needed.
● Perform benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations directly into vendor portals and
Paylocity HCM.
● Coordinate and maintain benefit carrier connections within Paylocity HCM.
● Develop and conduct benefit orientation sessions for new hires.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize benefits offerings and deliver a positive employee
experience.
● Coordinate monthly billing, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reconciliation.
● Coordinate annual open enrollment coordination, communication, validation and testing.
● Maintain accurate knowledge of emerging trends and provide analysis and
recommendations.
● Assists with HR projects, audits, implementation and employee communications.
● Ad hoc report preparation as needed
● Performs other duties as assigned.
Payroll Administration
● Assist in the processing of bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls accurately and on schedule
● Maintain employee payroll records, tax withholding elections, direct deposit information, and
earnings
histories within the Paylocity HMC software platform.
● Review and audit timekeeping records, wage calculations, deductions, and payroll reports.
● Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll-related filings and reports.
● Support year-end payroll activities including W-2 processing and auditing.
● Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and
applicable state requirements
