Hybrid Work Schedule Location Milwaukee, WI Currently we have an opening for a Benefits Specialist who serves as the internal resource for various aspects of benefit plan administration, eligibility on all carve out plans, audit and reconciliation as well as system reporting and plan set up expertise. The Benefits Specialist creates and maintains strong working relationships with clients and vendors. Primary Responsibilities Include: Process member-level insurance coverage enrollments, changes, terminations, and COBRA processing using vendor portals. Perform monthly audit and reconciliation of all benefit plans Advise internal payroll processing teams regarding benefit billing adjustments. Manage and troubleshoot the HR technology platform and process as it applies to client-level benefit plan set-up and transmission of eligibility file feeds.
