Beverage Server

The Beverage Server delivers fast, friendly, and attentive Family‑Style Service to guests throughout the casino floor. This role ensures that guests enjoy a seamless gaming experience by providing timely drink service, maintaining accuracy, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The server is responsible for engaging guests with professionalism, anticipating needs, and upholding all service and compliance standards. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency in a high‑volume environment, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality.

• Timely delivery of beverages across a busy gaming floor
• Navigate the casino floor efficiently, ensuring consistent coverage of assigned sections
• Verify drink orders, follow recipes, and ensure proper presentation of all beverages
• Compliance with alcohol service and casino policies
• Knowledge of all bar equipment, and use of POS system to process payments, comps, and player rewards accurately and securely
• Able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication
• Professional communication amongst guests and Team Members 
• Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling
• Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers  
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
• Follow company and department policies and procedures 
• Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

• Must be 19 years of age or older to work in Casino and serve Alcohol
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Proficient with iOS devices
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain a Nebraska gaming license 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in an environment with flashing lights and varying noise levels
• Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule
