Requirements:

• Valid Florida driver’s license (Required).
• DMS and CRM experience (preferred)
• Automotive sales experience 2 years (preferred)
• BHPH sales experience 2 years (preferred)
• Ability to read, write and peform basic mathematical calculations. 
• Proven record to establish facts and dray conclusions to structure deals.
• Ability to negotiate and communicate with customers.
• Driving history that meets company requirements to be covered by general liability insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in fundamental technology and social media skills. 

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting and carrying.
• Ability to access vehicles, assist customers during test drives and access different areas of the dealership.
• Ability to drive vehicles.
