About Our Company

Hawaiian Building Maintenance has proudly delivered exceptional service for sixty-nine years in the State of Hawaii. As one of the largest facility service providers across the islands, we specialize in a variety of services, including: janitorial building services,  mechanical engineering, maintenance services, and H-V-A-C. -Schedule: Varies based on assigned location.

-Hourly Pay Rate: starting at $16.00

-Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Must pass prescreen check.

Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.

Willingness to train.

Valid Hawaii Driver's License preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.

Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Good communication in English and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

Capable of performing tasks in any type of weather.

Physically capable of carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling a minimum of 25 pounds to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing tasks such as stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing and pressing.
