Salary Range: $$60-65K annually

We are seeking an energetic Field Recruiter to join our ProDrivers team!  If you are a dynamic individual who loves working in a fast-paced environment and helping to change people’s lives, then we are the company you have been searching for!

A day as a Recruiter looks like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work


• You will use your creative thinking to think outside the box to attract candidates


• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help is stand apart


• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities 


• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & Staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily
• Experience with a VMS System is a plus!
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow-up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
