The Customer Service Representative is a key member and contributor in creating an amazing, one-of-a-kind patient experience. Successful candidates will work at our HQ in Fort Worth, TX, all while engaging, entertaining, and caring for our patients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage and entertain our patients;


• Educate our patients and surrounding communities;


• Process payments;


• Gather patient health history;


• Schedule appointments;


• Performs all other duties as assigned; and,


• Ability to communicate clearly with team and doctors – This is KEY!


• Bilingual (Spanish) is required;
