Bilingual Housekeeper

Description

•  Cleans and services buildings, offices, shop areas, furniture, fixtures & windows             
•  Maintains cleanliness of lunchroom, microwave &   kitchen 2 x day                
•  Empties waste baskets, removes trash for daily disposal, including recycling bins, inserting liners              
• Vacuum carpeted areas daily, spot cleaning stains. Responsible for yearly carpet shampoo schedules              
• Polishes tile floors annually. Sweeps & mops floors daily. Machine buff or burnish as needed             
• Cleans & sanitizes bathrooms daily including supplies of paper products & soap               
• Maintains grounds and premises: mowing, landscaping, cleanup, raking, trimming & parking lot  

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.     
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Exposure   to normal office environment, shop hazards, some chemical hazards and   products.    
• Read and follow verbal instructions; follow established safety procedures; visual acuity.
• Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish.
