The Bilingual Phone Sales Associate is primarily responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received via phone from both English and Spanish speaking customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily via phone), close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
Maintain minimum quality expectations
Timely follow up on active prospect list
Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance.
Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
All other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
High School Diploma require; Bachelor's Degree preferred
0-3 years of sales experience
Ability to type 30+ wpm
Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)

Hourly range is $30-60 per hour (made up of base + uncapped commission)+ 401(k) + benefits.
