Location
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

The Child Welfare Services division of Denver Human Services is currently seeking a seeking a top-notch, visionary Bilingual Intake Social Caseworker Supervisor to directly manage Social Caseworkers in our Intake Section, which is primarily is responsible for investigating new allegations of abuse/neglect of children ages 0-18 in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This position requires full fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively support staff, engage with clients, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
The Bilingual Social Caseworker Supervisor will coach, lead and mentor staff as well as have responsibility for the development, planning, and assignment of cases. The successful candidate will demonstrate exemplary leadership, flexibility and experience empowering staff and managing a diverse workforce. The right person for this position will be someone who has a track record of being able to prioritize the best interests of the child while showing a thorough understanding and dedication to the highest standards of practice.
