Medical Receptionist (Bilingual) – Full-Time 

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our busy interventional pain management clinic located in Cypress/Tomball. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to be a vital part of a dedicated healthcare team, providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth clinic operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival 

- Collect copays, deductibles, co-insurance amounts, and balance daily batches 

- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently 

- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow 

- Maintain accurate and organized patient records 

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations

Skills and Qualifications: 

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) 

- Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare administrative role 

- Experience with Athena EMR/EHR system is a plus 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately 

- Professional appearance and demeanor 

- Knowledge of insurance billing and collections is preferred
