POSITION SUMMARY
An entry level position, the Office Clerk I role supports a broad variety of general office duties as assigned. The top priority is to handle the front office telephone activity and provide customer service to our walk-in customers. Work duties are determined by the Office Manager, with additional support provided by personnel in the Office Clerk II and Office Clerk III roles. The Office Clerk I is responsible to provide an excellent customer experience through front office support: prompt and courteous telephone management, receptionist duties, providing information to incoming callers, walk-in customer service to RPA customers, and reconciliation of daily cash receipts. Duties are performed in accordance with established RPA policies, procedures, rules and regulations. An employee in this position works a conventional work week in a regular office setting.
