The Parent Educator delivers the Parents as Teachers (PAT) evidence-based home visiting model to support families in promoting optimal child development and school readiness. This role involves conducting regular home visits within Warren county, developmental screenings, and parent-child activities while building strong, trusting relationships with families. The Parent Educator collaborates with community partners, maintains accurate documentation, and uses the PAT curriculum to empower caregivers through education, goal setting, and resource connection. The position supports the nonprofit’s mission to strengthen families and foster positive outcomes for children from birth to kindergarten.
