Bilingual Production Supervisor

As a key leader in our operations, this role will oversee and supervise multiple departments on daily production and ensure efficiency, quality, and a positive work environment. The Supervisor will work closely with the Plant Manager to implement operational strategies, solve daily challenges, and drive overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and high efficiency.


• Supervise, mentor, and support department leads and production staff.


• Establish and enforce operational priorities to optimize workflow, quality, and cost-effectiveness.


• Assist with budgeting, labor management, and cost control efforts.


• Support hiring, onboarding, and training new employees, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.


• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.


• Act as a problem-solver, adapting to daily operational challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production or operations management (minimum of 3 years).


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.


• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.


• Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 60 pounds.


• Proficiency in computer applications related to operations and production management.


• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish required as essential function of the role).
