Bilingual Sales Representative (Experienced)

Laredo is one of Chipr's fastest growing markets, and we're adding experienced, bilingual reps who can close. This is a face-to-face sales role built for people who already know how to work a conversation, handle objections, and walk away with a deal. Carriers you'll represent include Omni, T-Mobile, and AT&T Fiber.

Who Fits This Role
People with a real sales background telecom, solar, car sales, insurance, pest control, gym memberships, anything face-to-face. You're fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable working with homeowners, and driven by what you can produce.

What the Job Looks Like
Your days are spent in Laredo-area neighborhoods introducing homeowners to fiber, comparing plans and pricing, and closing on the spot. You'll keep your pipeline current in the tracking system and plug into daily, weekly, and monthly team training to sharpen your numbers.

Earnings
100% performance-based you're paid on what you close, and the more you close, the more you make. This is a W-2 position. Commission structure, qualifications, and payout timing are laid out in full during your interview.
