The Bilingual Wraparound Clinician coordinates services and planning for children who are referred through social service, probation or mental health departments and are in the process of stepping down from institutional into family or family-like settings. Services will be provided almost exclusively in the community in families’ homes, group homes, foster homes, schools, etc. The primary role is to ensure that all parties are working together toward stability for the child and family. Wraparound Clinicians engage clients in meaningful and authentic relationships while providing a safe, predictable, and positive environment that aligns with our clients’ values and cultures.

The focus of Seneca Wraparound programs is to offer family-centered, individualized, culturally relevant, and strength-based support to families with complex and enduring needs. Wraparound works in close partnership with Department of Social Services, Juvenile Probation, Behavioral Health, and group homes. Wraparound provides strengths-based and outcome-oriented alternatives to group care placements for children and youth by drawing upon communityâ¯and family strengths. Treatment and support services are tailored to address behaviors and meet family needs, even as they change over time.

Responsibilities:
Promptly meet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis to further treatment goals utilizing culturally informed and best practice modalities.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for the purpose of care planning and support.
Collaborate with agency staff, caregivers, other professionals and interested parties to formulate and implement individual client care plans, behavioral programs, and interventions.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers, as needed.
Complete assessment and evaluation process of clients in order to develop and implement the care plan.
Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriate.
Chart mental health notes, care plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain availability for crisis intervention services, such as on-call rotation, if applicable.
Participate in individual and/or group supervision.
Comply with all child abuse reporting and Medicaid/Medi-Cal requirements in accordance with standards set by Seneca.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work/psychology/counseling.
Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Experience working with children in out-of-home care preferred.
At least 21 years of age.
TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Community-based 24hr on-call rotation, ~7 days per quarter
Benefits:
Starting at $83,801 - $97,801 per year.
Actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role.
Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure.
