We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing & Cancellation Clerk to join our growing automotive dealership team. Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.


• Prepare and submit billing paperwork for vehicle sales.


• Process warranty, GAP, service contract, and ancillary product cancellations.


• Track and follow up on outstanding cancellation requests.


• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.


• Work closely with the accounting, finance, and sales departments to resolve discrepancies.


• Maintain organized digital and physical records.


• Assist with title, registration, and other dealership administrative tasks as needed.


• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience required.


• Experience with dealership accounting or billing preferred.


• Familiarity with cancellation processing for warranties, GAP, and service contracts is a plus.


• Experience with CDK or other dealership management software preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.
