DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and/or modify Install Base (IB) in Oracle to ensure accurate loading of Service Agreements (SAs).
Perform Audits on all billing functions for co-workers and provide results to department Quality role.
Research / interpret contract issues. Work with IT when necessary.
Review Service Agreements in Clarify
Analyze Customer Support Plans (CSPs)
Research / interpret contract issues

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Education requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SLC, CMS, Clarify, MOL, SMS and COF.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Effective time management skills are required.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of radio systems and Service Products.
Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals (debit vs credit).
