Position Summary:

The Billing Processor is responsible for accurately generating, reviewing, and managing customer invoices and billing statements. This role ensures timely and precise billing in accordance with company policies, maintains positive relationships with customers, and supports the finance team in monitoring accounts receivable and resolving billing inquiries. 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain customer jobs
• Track job costs and ensure related revenue recognition
• Collect and verify field tickets; process and approve electronic tickets
• Create customer invoices from tickets and submit them via billing platforms under customer guidelines
• Research and contact customers on unapproved and past-due balances
• Track weekly revenue by cost centers
• Reconcile contractor hours invoiced with internal records; code and submit for payment approval
• Maintain Outstanding AR reports weekly
• Ensure proper tax is invoiced to the customer based on region and customer exemption documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction or Oil & Gas fields preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Collections experience a plus (Business to Business)
• Self-sufficient self-starter with a take-charge attitude
• Excellent organization skills
• Highly focused with the Ability to Multitask
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & Adobe Acrobat
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Company Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirments:

• Less than 50% of the time will be spent lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, standing kneeling, and bending.
• More than 50% of the time will be spent in an office sitting, standing, typing, and doing computer work.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $27 -$37 per hour

Overtime: Eligible after 40 hours of work in one week
