Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our Georgia team. This role involves managing invoices and payments from U.S.-based insurance companies, medical facilities, and their clients. You will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, assist with payment reconciliation, and maintain detailed records to support seamless billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and review invoices for services provided by medical facilities, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.


• Process and reconcile payments, including tracking outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.


• Collaborate with insurance companies, medical facilities, and their clients to address billing inquiries and payment concerns.


• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and communications to ensure transparent and organized financial processes.


• Generate detailed billing and payment reports for internal use and client review.


• Investigate and address payment delays or errors, escalating issues when necessary.


• Assist in optimizing billing procedures and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.


• Experience with invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software or tools.


• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.


• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.


• Effective communication skills to interact professionally with U.S.-based clients.


• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
