The Bilingual OST Site Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of a Xiente program site. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance with funder and agency requirements, and a safe, supportive environment for youth, families, and staff. The Site Director oversees program implementation, supervises staff, manages site logistics, and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to Xiente’s mission of supporting youth and families in Philadelphia communities.
The Site Director ensures that programming is delivered with fidelity, staff are supported and trained, documentation is accurate and timely, and the site maintains a culture of professionalism, respect, and positive youth development. This role also collaborates closely with agency leadership, community partners, and families to strengthen program outcomes and maintain a high standard of service.
Responsibilities – Site Director (Xiente)
Program Leadership & Oversight
- Provide daily leadership and oversight of all program operations at the assigned Xiente site.
- Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with Xiente’s mission, program model, and funder requirements.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth, families, and staff.
- Oversee the implementation of program schedules, activities, and service plans.
Staff Supervision & Development
- Supervise, coach, and support site staff, including case managers, activity coordinators, and support personnel.
- Conduct regular team meetings, check-ins, and performance evaluations.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and professional development to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Support staff in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and trauma-informed practices.
Compliance, Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure all documentation—including attendance, case notes, incident reports, and program records—is accurate, timely, and compliant with agency and funder standards.
- Monitor data quality and ensure staff meet reporting deadlines.
- Prepare site-level reports, updates, and documentation as required by leadership.
Youth & Family Engagement
- Build strong, professional relationships with youth and families to support engagement and retention.
- Ensure youth receive appropriate services, referrals, and support based on their needs and program requirements.
- Address concerns, conflicts, or barriers that impact participation or progress.
Community & Partner Collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for community partners, schools, referral sources, and collaborating agencies.
- Represent Xiente professionally at meetings, events, and community functions.
- Develop and maintain partnerships that enhance program resources and opportunities for youth.
Site Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily site logistics, including scheduling, staffing coverage, facility needs, and supply management.
- Ensure the site meets safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards at all times.
- Manage site-level budgets, petty cash, and resource allocation as directed.
Crisis Management & Safety
- Lead crisis response and ensure staff follow safety protocols and reporting procedures.
- Maintain a trauma-informed, youth-centered approach to conflict resolution and behavior management.
- Ensure all incidents are documented and communicated according to policy.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor program quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to strengthen engagement, outcomes, and overall site performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to support audits, evaluations, and quality assurance processes.
