BIM Architectural Designer

Tejjy Inc. is currently looking for an architect with BIM modeling experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, and Electrical models
  
• Attending coordination meetings with clients
  
• Collaborating with other disciplines
  
• Aiding in the creation of Revit families, as needed
  
• Exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles
  
• Assist Project Managers with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities
  
• Site visits and inspection as and when required
  
• Maintaining unambiguous communication with all the stakeholders
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture/ also accepting applicants with Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  
• Experienced in Autodesk Forge, and/or Dynamo
  
• 2+ years or more of Construction -related experience utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture and/or Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM360, and AutoCAD is preferred
