To strengthen our team in Greensboro, we are looking for a dedicated Set Up Technician Trainee in the Bindery Department.

Your Role

• 
  

  You must be able to set up and change over machines in the Bindery Department 

  
  


• 
  

  You must troubleshoot the machines when an issue arises, inspect and adjust machines

  
  


• 
  

  You must be able to understand and effectively evaluate work using inspection criteria

  
  


• 
  

  You will be able to read and understand job ticket and instructions

  
  


• 
  

  You must be able to clean glue off machine parts and efficiently maintain glue systems

  
  


• 
  

  You will troubleshoot throughout production, run and correct problems

  
  

Your Profile

• You have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent


• You have excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills


• You must be able to read and comprehend work instructions


• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and are willing to learn  


• You have familiarity in a production focused environment
