Job Description - Biological Order Fulfillment

How will you make an impact:

Manage the preparation, manufacturing support, and packaging of liquid biological products and execute custom Cover Crop mix processes to fulfill seed mix orders safely, effectively, and efficiently. This is an incredible opportunity to join an innovative, exciting, and rapidly evolving field at the forefront of agricultural technology.

What winning
looks like:

Execute all liquid biological handling and packaging processes

Package liquid biologicals into 2.5 -gallon jugs and 275 -gallon totes

Execute the Seed mixing process and order fulfillment process

Maximize the
efficiency of the facility by maintaining a clean work area and all equipment
used

Fill 50 lb
bags with seed and stack manually on
pallets

Record all
inventory data in the inventory management
software

Operate seed
mixing equipment

Operate other
machinery when needed to move seed: skid steer,
tele -handler &
forklift

Operate seed
handling conveyors, augers,
etc

All other
duties as assigned

Requirements

Skills

School Diploma or GED

U.S.
Citizen or authorized worker

Able to
lift 50lbs

Ability
to work as a teammate

to learn how to operate forklifts and
