Biologicals Global Quality Leader

The purpose of this role is to provide Quality Leadership to all internal and external Biologicals Facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and systematically roll out a Quality Management System (QMS) for Biologicals

• Develop consistent Quality KPI’s

• Responsible for tracking and communicating KPI performance globally

• Create and Lead a Biologicals Quality Coordinator Network to support Quality across all Biologicals facilities

• Provide guidance and mentoring to Site Quality Coordinators

• Participate in Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for major quality events

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering

• 20+ years of manufacturing, lab, or quality experience preferred

• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional and multi-cultural teams

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to travel globally

• Fluency in English (oral and written)

We have flexibility to fill this position at any CP/Biologicals manufacturing site in NA, LATAM, EMEA or APAC.
