Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients in both sales and service departments, introducing them to our exclusive BMW Genius services.


• Expertly articulate product information, highlighting the benefits of vehicle features, and elucidating product performance to both sales and service clients.


• Engage clients with insightful questions to identify potential problems and understand their vehicle needs.


• Conduct test drives and facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries, ensuring an unforgettable customer experience.


• Harness the power of app and web-based systems to streamline the sales process and enhance customer engagement.


• Demonstrate an unwavering passion for the BMW brand and our exceptional lineup of products.


• Facilitate seamless communication by coordinating client appointments, vehicle deliveries, and scheduling changes with our esteemed sales personnel.


• Keep abreast of competitors' vehicle features and benefits, empowering you to provide informed recommendations to our valued clients.


• Serve as a knowledge hub, keeping clients, sales, and service teams informed about new products, features, and accessories.


• Proactively follow up with new owners to guarantee their complete satisfaction with the delivery process.


• Drive towards achieving goals and deadlines that support vehicle delivery, stellar customer handling, and business growth.

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a BMW Genius is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
