Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an interdisciplinary team in pediatric clinic locations.
• Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral assessments and intervention plans.
• Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing training to clinical staff.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers to facilitate treatment objectives.
• Conduct caregiver training to enhance treatment fidelity.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Passion for working with children and familiarity with early intervention.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
