Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Adelphi is seeking a Board -Certified Behavior Analyst to provide supervisory and consultation services for ABA programs at a school in Maryland. The ideal candidate will oversee behavior programming, conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and provide behavioral consultation to school teams.

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification issued by the BACB

• Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst license where applicable

• Minimum 3 years of school -based or equivalent clinical experience with students with ASD

• Experience supervising RBTs and/or behavior technicians required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy using evidence -based strategies, including DTT and NET

• Support implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans

• Collect, analyze, and graph student behavior data

• Support direct individual and/or group ABA sessions as specified in student IEPs

• Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments and behavior documentation as directed

• Participate in staff and parent coaching efforts as appropriate

• Coordinate with BCBA supervisors for clinical oversight

• Any other duties as assigned within scope
