Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Paducah, KY
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts

Our client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and evidence-based behavioral support. This is an opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, support families and caregivers, mentor clinical staff, and help clients achieve meaningful progress.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral treatment plans
• Conduct clinical assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and EFL
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support staff development
• Train staff and families on ABA techniques and behavior intervention plans
• Develop parent-training goals and participate in family training
• Monitor progress, establish measurable goals, and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals
• Mentor individuals pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Current BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Valid Kentucky driver's license
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based behavioral practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
