Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Who We Are Looking For:

Are you the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with youth that we serve!

Cohannet Academy, located at Taunton State Hospital, is a Joint Commission-Accredited Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) specializing in trauma-informed care. Cohannet Academy is contracted with the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (MA DMH), to provide in-house services and treatment to adolescent biological females, ages 13 to 18. Many of the youth have histories of complex trauma and unstable home lives, prior hospitalizations, and unsuccessful interventions in less-intensive settings. Cohannet Academy provides a safe and energizing therapeutic environment from which the youth can learn and grow. Cohannet works with each youth and their family to establish a trajectory of hope and accomplishment.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $38.00 to $48.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position.
