Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Hey, BCBA… Come Bloom With Us!

Plum Behavioral Services | In Partnership with Alpaca Health

Love behavior analysis but not the burnout that sometimes comes with it?

We might be your people.

Plum Behavioral Services is looking for a fun, compassionate, clinically strong BCBA who loves supporting RBTs, connecting with families, and creating programming that actually matters.

What You'll Do

✨ Supervise, mentor & cheer on your RBTs

✨ Review data and client progress

✨ Edit programs and develop meaningful goals

✨ Build genuine relationships with families

✨ Provide caregiver support and guidance

✨ Collaborate with a team that actually likes collaboration

✨ Practice ethical, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA

And no initial assessments.

Your focus is ongoing clinical care—not living under a mountain of assessment reports.

You Might Be Our Kind of BCBA If...

You believe behavior is communication.

You value assent, autonomy, dignity, and functional communication.

You can talk data with the best of them but never forget there's a human behind the graph.

You enjoy mentoring RBTs instead of intimidating them.

You're professional when you need to be, playful when you get to be, and maybe just a tiny bit unconventional.

Neurodivergent clinicians are warmly welcomed here.

A Little Extra Support

Plum Behavioral Services is proud to partner with Alpaca Health, giving our clinicians additional support and resources while keeping the personal, creative culture that makes Plum special.

Plum heart + Alpaca support = one pretty great BCBA gig.

Come Bloom With Plum

We're serious about good science, compassionate care, and supporting our people.

We're considerably less serious about being boring. Sound like your kind of place? We want to meet you.

Other requirements

Willing to consider a BCBA trainee with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license as well.
