Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Colonial Heights, VA clinic.

This is a full -time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations, with occasional adjustments as necessary to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Must be eligible to practice in Virginia

• Prior ABA clinical experience required

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred

• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
