Job Description - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid

Who We Are

At Thrive Collaborative, we’re a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized services for neurodiverse children and their families—with continuity of care into adulthood. We intentionally keep our practice small so we can prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring the highest level of care. Our average BCBA caseload is 5-7 total clients.

We use evidence-based, naturalistic, and play-based interventions, with parent coaching at the core of our model. By co-creating plans with families, we honor each client’s individuality while building meaningful, lasting impact. While we primarily serve the Denver metro and Roaring Fork Valley regions, we also support families nationwide and internationally.

Our Values

  • Highest Quality Intervention – blending behavioral science, human development, and trauma-informed care.

  • Person-centered care – affirming each child’s identity, strengths, and interests.

  • Authentic relationships – building genuine, enjoyable connections.

  • Respectful collaboration – valuing the expertise of parents, caregivers, and community partners.

  • Knowledge sharing – fostering lifelong learning and inclusive communities.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead client caseloads across home, clinic, school, community, and telehealth settings. You will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise team members, coach parents and teachers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

  • Collect data, track progress, and adapt programming as needed.

  • Lead team meetings and collaborate across disciplines.

  • Prepare clinical recommendations and documentation for funders.

  • Participate in peer reviews and contribute to professional trainings.

  • Support individuals with severe challenging behaviors (with training provided).

Schedule: Therapy hours may range from 8am–7pm, Monday–Friday. Flexible scheduling available.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • BCBA certification and master’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field.

  • 3+ years’ experience with neurodiverse individuals.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Comfortable supervising teams and training parents/providers.

  • Physical ability to meet job demands (movement, lifting up to 40 lbs.)

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years’ experience with ABA therapy using NET, PRT, or ESDM.

  • 3+ years supervising interventionists in home/school settings.

  • Experience across multiple environments (home, school, community).
