Boat Finisher

We’re looking for a detail-driven Boat Finisher to join our team and help deliver top-quality vessels to our customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the final stages of boat production—bringing each craft to a flawless, showroom-ready finish. Key Responsibilities

• Perform final sanding, buffing, polishing, and touch-ups on boats and components
• Apply gelcoat, paint, sealants, and other finishing materials
• Install hardware, trim, decals, and other final components
• Inspect completed vessels for defects or quality concerns
• Repair cosmetic imperfections using appropriate tools and materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure standards are met

Qualifications

• Experience in marine finishing, auto body finishing, carpentry, or similar trades preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow work orders, technical drawings, and instructions
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, buffers, sanders, and finishing equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
