What You'll Do

• Resolve customer concerns accurately.


• Inspect vehicles and build accurate repair estimates.


• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and insurance companies.


• Handle calls with professionalism and urgency.

What We're Looking For

• Skills: Strong math and communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Technology: Comfort working with computer systems.


• Driving Record: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.


• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.


• Availability: Monday through Friday.
