Body Shop Estimator & Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced, energetic estimator and supervisor for our body shop in the north Jersey/Paterson area.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Estimate writing for all labor and parts
• Obtaining competitive parts price quotes
• Repair selling, problem-solving, negotiating with insurance and customers
• Assist with quality assurance on all completed jobs

Estimator Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred but not Required Experiences: 

• At least three years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator. Heavy Duty Truck experience is preferred
• Experience managing other technicians is preferred
• Experience with estimating software such as Mitchell, Adjustrite, TruckEst or CCC preferred
