Body Shop Technician

Job Description:
Valley Isle Motors is looking for a skilled and motivated Body Shop Flat Rate Technician to join our team. If you have experience in auto body repair and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:
Perform collision and body repairs on a variety of vehicles
Repair or replace damaged parts, including panels, fenders, bumpers, and frames
Use industry-standard tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Work with estimators and team members to complete repairs in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all company policies and safety procedures


Requirements:
Proven experience as an auto body technician
Ability to complete high-quality repairs efficiently in a flat-rate environment
Proficiency with body repair tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
