Automotive Parts Counterperson

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our service department running smoothly by providing accurate parts support to technicians and customers. Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and customers in identifying and purchasing parts


• Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels


• Receive, label, and organize incoming parts orders


• Process parts transactions and maintain records


• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely repairs


• Keep the parts department clean and organized


• Monitor backorders and communicate updates


• Deliver strong internal and external customer service

Qualifications

• Previous parts or automotive experience preferred


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Friendly and professional communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic


• MUST HAVE PRIOR BODYSHOP EXPERIENCE
