Back of House Team Member

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a vital role in delivering the fresh, high-quality food our guests have come to expect. Whether you're prepping ingredients, cooking menu favorites, or keeping the kitchen running smoothly, your work directly impacts every guest's experience.

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Ashley Mac's recipes and quality standards
• Prep ingredients and stock stations for a successful service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Work efficiently across multiple stations with accuracy and urgency
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily kitchen responsibilities
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace
