Lisbon, CT | October 19–24 | $37/HR + HOTEL + $40/DAY PER DIEM

PPS Trades is urgently hiring experienced Boiler Tube Welders for a 6-day Waste-to-Energy shutdown project in Lisbon, CT. This is a high-hour opportunity with 12-hour shifts every day and no scheduled days off during the project.

Project Details

• Location: Lisbon, CT
• Project Dates: October 19–24
• Pay: $37/hour
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts until project completion
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 4 openings
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 4 openings
• Hotel: Provided
• Per Diem: $40/day

Scope of Work

• Waste-to-Energy superheater tube Dutchmen
• Waterwall Dutchmen and overlay
• Mirror welding
• 6G TIG welding on boiler tubing

?? REQUIRED WELD TEST

All candidates must report to Pascoag, RI for a welding test on October 17 or October 18 to be approved for employment.

Test: 6G TIG Root & Fill with mirror welding required

Candidates must successfully pass the weld test prior to starting the project.

**Future Shutdown Opportunity Available**

Successful employees may also be considered for a future shutdown project scheduled for November 2–7.
