The Role:  

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a key position that supports the financial operations and works closely with management to ensure accurate and timely financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  Daily bookkeeping and accurate data entry  

  
  

• 
  

  Process invoices and accounts payable/receivable weekly  

  
  

• 
  

  Manage bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll records  

  
  

• 
  

  Track cash flow and assist with budget management 

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain organized financial records and documentation  

  
  

• 
  

  Support compliance, reporting, and audit preparation 

  
  

Qualifications:  

• 
  

  Previous experience in bookkeeping

  
  

• Strong understanding of cash flow and budgeting 

• 
  

  QuickBooks experience preferred 

  
  

• 
  

  Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred 

  
  

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
